I've been wanting to do a figurative of my kids for some time now. I had taken a photo of them while they were out catching leaves one day in early fall and always thought it would be a good place to start. As you can probably tell, I'm still learning about landscape painting as well. This is just a test to see if I can take what I've learned a step further. It is a work in progress - not finished - but then, when it comes to kids, is anything ever finished?
