Fall Hot Chocolate

The weather has finally begun to turn, and so have the leaves.  It's time to stock up on hot chocolate, or as my grandmother calls it, cocoa.  I couldn't resist making it into a still life, especially with the teapot.

I found I was definitely more comfortable with creating form and depth on this one.  I'm declaring myself over the intial hump.  Of course, humps are like hills, and have a way of being one behind another.  Mastering perspective, for example, is like looking for a mountain pass.  Definitely more practice is needed, but overall getting better.
